Competitive Scholarships

丰厚的奖学金

A total number of $300,000 scholarships are offered by University of Hawaii to applicants who posses an excellent academic record and significant professional experience. We plan to enroll 30 USIMBA students every year. All the qualified applicants are eligible for scholarships. The distribution of scholarships is seen as follows:

10 Scholarships Places---US$15,000 each;

20 Scholarships Places----US$7,500

为了鼓励学生申请USIMBA项目，吸收有发展潜力的优秀职业经理人，夏威夷大学为申请者提供总额$300,000美金的讲学金。我们每年计划招收30名学员，奖学金分配为：10位学员，每位学员获奖学金$15,000；20位学员，每位学员获奖学金$7,500。奖学金覆盖率为100％。
 
Enriched Curriculum

课程设置

At the outset of the USIMBA, students delve into core MBA courses in marketing, finance, organizational behavior, and strategy etc. In addition, a combination of US-focused elective courses in U.S. marketing, monetary systems, financial markets, culture management etc.

结合美国AACSB认证标准及教学要求，严谨合理安排MBA主要核心课程，同时又将体现项目特色的选修课程融入了教学安排。核心课程主要有：市场营销、财政金融、组织行为学、战略管理等, 选修课程有：美国的市场及金融体系、金融市场、跨文化管理等。

Capstone Internship

企业实习

The 1 to 2 months internship at a company in USA is the definitive experience for USIMBA students, bringing to the forefront the business knowledge, language, and intercultural skills learned in the coursework. Moreover, you will begin to establish your own network of contacts in USA.

为了理解知识、贯通运用前沿商务理论，锻炼个人工作能力以及英语沟通能力，在美学习期间，我们将为USIMBA学员提供在美国企业公司实习（1至2个月）的事业发展机会。学员可利用此绝佳机会学习国外企业优秀管理经验、延伸事业平台和发展商务网络。
